I Worldwide Congress of Clubs Herat Children
In agreement with the development of the PRE-Operative plan, for the development of the I Worldwide congress of Clubs, the organizing committee represented by:
- Gilberto Cevallos President of the “Ceipanama Club”
- Mario Anaya Delegated oforganization for Congreso “Ceipanama Club”
- Farley Salazar D. President of the “Lacarasur Club”
- Sergio Ramírez C. Representing President of “NuestraMontana.com”
They met from January 5 to January 12, dates in which the aim was to make concrete the support of four fundamental institutions for the fulfillment of the congress aim.
DEVELOPMENT AND ANALYSIS
On Saturday, the 6th of January the Commission as a whole moved to Huaraz city -Ancash, there were 8 hours of trip, in which we could observe all the ecological floors that exist from the level of the sea, up to the 3.200 msnm in that Huaraz is, a very beautiful and friendly city, on the same Saturday wings 7.00 PM, we were present at our first meeting in the guides' house with the Director of the Guides' School of Mountain "CEAM" of the Guides' Association of High Mountain of Peru Mr, Edson Ramirez Henostroza.
Conclusions: We met in the Guides' House, a very cozy building where also can find Guides' Services, Accommodations, Coffee, Courses of Training and Professional Advising. There was exposed the requirements for the development of the congress, for after it to be able to receive the confirmation of the unconditional support of the Guides' Association of Peru High Mountain. Support that consists and will consist of technical professional advising, jointly with the guidance of all the trips that is developed as part of the program of the congress, dates that will be from August 7 to August 11.
On Monday, the 8th of January approximately being 9.00 AM the commission moves up to the Regional Government of Ancash, where we meet the Chief of Institutional Image of the Region Ancash, Mr. Gerardo Rocha, in Representation of the sensibility and consequence of Mr. President of the Region Ancash, Mr Cesar Álvarez Aguilar.
Conclusions: the whole Dossier of the Congress was exposed, exposing so much technical aspects of which for being, 1.-the most representative location in the world 2.-to be the environmental and climatic conjuncture of great urgency before never seen 3.-the fact that the Organizations called in this opportunity to being part of the first row, are the clubs of sports outdoors of the whole world, since we are the first ones in observing tangibly the impacts that the climatic change has. Sustaining the success in the global summons that is tackled. Managing this way to be able to have the commitment of collaboration from the Region Ancash, for being of interest of the whole community and to be the hosts.
12.00 AM: The commission moved until the installations of the Municipal Government where we met the Chief of Institutional Image, Mr. Arturo Escobar Uribe in representation of Mr. Alcalde, Mr. Ing. Lombard Mautino Angeles,
Conclusions: in this meeting also it was possible to expose the whole dossier of the congress, explaining the necessities and benefits of collaborating in the aims of the event, it is so satisfactorily we find echo in the proposals and the tacit commitment of Huaraz's Municipality, as also pleasingly they informed us that they are developing political of recycling, as first public strategy in the whole city, I confirms us that we were in front of an modern and efficient administration that is actuating in benefit of its community and with the vocation of becoming into one take care of 100 % sustainable and ecological, giving this way enhancement to the jewel that means Huaraz's city.
On Thursday, the 11th wings 8.00 PM, Mr. Farley Salazar, Delegated in Representation of the Commission met Mountain Club’s Association of Peru, in this organization, the main clubs of Peru are:
In this opportunity a profile of all the event was exposed, for this the delegates of each club already were possessing the whole Dossier weeks back, is so we could absolve some doubts, like also informing about the necessity to count on its participation since in this opportunity we are the host country, like also by the relevance of the event..
It is so that that it achieves to have the greater receptivity during the explanation, as also the tacit support for the event, leaving the doors opened to return to meet the commission in the course of a month from made the first meeting, as also to be able to obtain a permanent collaborator of the Organization in Lima city
AGENDA TO DEVELOP :
Since the objectives of the Initial Agenda are fulfilled, it is necessary to define some logistic aspects to culminate the pre-operative stage, is why it is necessary to define up to the second week of February as maximum the following aims that will manage the same organization and its collaborators :

Conclusions: We consider that the aspects treated previously must be attended in a high priority way by the organization, is why that is going to attaché letters from the organization directed each of our members, as also to our collaborators to fulfill in this way with these aims and to continue forward in the development of so emblematic event that should mark a landmark in what it concerns, so much for the summons, the location and the conjuncture in which we live because of the global warming in the worldwide scope.
